The skillful winger joined the Red and Blacks prior to the commencement of the season from Danish giants FC Nordsjaelland, having rejected offers from Ajax, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and more.
His instant impact was really felt in France after scoring in just 14 minutes on his debut against RC Lens, having went on to score 4 goals and provided 2 assists despite facing injuries at some point.
He has been nominated for the best young player accolade on the continent against nine other exciting youngsters which has ex- Barcelona star Ilaix Moriba, Senegal's Pape Sarr, Man United's Hannibal Mejbri and more.
The Right to Dream Academy graduate was part of the Black Stars squad in the 2021 AFCON where he made three appearances but missed out in the World Cup qualifiers playoff against Nigeria due to injury.
The 2022 CAF awards is slated for July 21, 2022 in Morocco.
Also, he was just recently included in the top 100 teenagers to battle for the 2022 Golden boy award which is organized by Italian top tabloid Tuttosport.
