The Bundesliga superpowers are currently leading the race to sign the 22-year-old ballplaying midfielder from the Dutch top-flight campaigners 

German heavyweights outfit Borussia Dortmund are believed to be the front-runners over the race to capture Ghana international attacking midfielder Kudus Mohammed from Ajax, reports from the German media have claimed.

Following an impressive outings at the Mundial in Qatar, the former FC Nordsjaelland starman caught global attention and is now being courted by leading European sides.

English and Spanish elite clubs such as; Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Barcelona have all been linked with a move for his signature in the upcoming season.

German newspaper Bild, have reported that Borussia Dortmund are currently leading the race to sign the 22-year-old  nimble left-footed man, with Ajax willing to listen to offers in the region of €25m for their prized asset.

Kudus could be in contention for a starting spot in coach Alfred Schreuder's set-up when Ajax face NEC on Sunday.
