Ghanaian club Dreams FC have announced the transfer of budding talented attacking midfielder Abdul Aziz Issah to Spanish La Liga heavyweights FC Barcelona.
The 18-year-old sealed the sensational move to the European powerhouse on the summer transfer deadline day per the statement from the club.
The club's official statement reads: “Dreams FC announces the transfer of Abdul Aziz Issah to Spanish giants FC Barcelona. The 18-year-old finalized his move on transfer deadline day.”
Aziz Issah has been signed by FC Barcelona and will continue his development at the club's reserve side Barcelona Athletic.
The teen sensation caught the attention of many suitors across Europe and Africa following his explosive performances in the CAF Confederation and the Ghana Premier League last season.
He was instrumental in Dreams FC's maiden campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup, scoring four goals and providing two assists in 10 appearances, making him joint top-scorer of the competition.
He also played a pivotal role for Dreams FC in the Ghanaian Premier League, where he managed to notch up seven goals and delivered eight assist in 24 matches.
The promising talent extended his impeccable form to the Ghanaian FA Cup competition, netting four goals in five games.
Following his exploits at Dreams FC he earned a called up to the Ghana U20 team and he was a key member when the Black Satellites clinched the gold medal of the 2023 African Games.
Aziz Issah has represented Ghana at the U17 and U20 levels and he is in line for a debut call-up to the Black Stars.

Aziz Issah becomes the second Ghanaian player to join FC Barcelona after the transfer of David Oduro from Ghana Premier League side Accra Lions FC.
Oduro signed a three-year contract with FC Barcelona on the transfer deadline day after impressing the club's technical handlers during a two-month trial period.
