The English second tier side have parted company with the defender of Ghanaian origin this summer
EFL Championship side Cardiff City F.C have announced that they have gone separate ways with Ghanaian right-back Jai Semenyo.
The 20-year-old is now bringing his three-year marriage to an end with The Bluebirds since linking up with them in 2021.
Having failed to impress at the U21 youth team level, those in charge of the Cardiff City Stadium have said they are parting ways with the Ghana-prospect together with his other team-mates at the youth level in a statement via their club's official website: "At U21 level, Xavier Benjamin, James Crole, Ryan Kavanagh, Kyle Kenniford, Caleb Hughes, Finlay Johnson, Jai Semenyo and Chanka Zimba will depart at the end of the month."
Jai Semenyo is the younger brother of AFC Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo and still qualified to play for Ghana at the international level.
