Citi Football Academy striker, Ike Kuffour left the shores of the country over the weekend en route to Latvia to begin trials with the Virslīga outfit very soon.
The budding-talented forward has been sensational for the Ghana lower division side and his numbers last season was just impressive and incredible.
The 19-year-old is a natural center-forward, has the pace and strength and very good at holding play. He runs in position at always the right time and is a clinical finisher.
He was involved in massive seventeen goal-involvements in 17 matches; having scored 12 goals and provided 4 assists in the Ashanti Regional Division 2 league and also had a goal in the MTN FA Cup.
The lanky striker has already arrived in Latvia and has started training with Valmiera FC, hoping to catch the good eyes of their technical team to earn a permanent stay at the Jānis Dalins Stadium.
The Black and Whites are hoping to strengthen their squad before the league resumes on January 27, against Flora.
