The Ghanaian forward opened his goal scoring account to begin life with the Blanquiazules' in the Spanish Segunda Division against Eibar.

The former Asante Kotoko starman started the game and scored his debut goal as Tenerife was condemned to a 2-1 defeat against the Gunsmiths, who welcomed them to the Municipal de Ipurua Stadium on Saturday.

After a goalless first half, the Gunsmiths found themselves down when Ghana forward Dauda gave Tenerife the lead just five minutes after the restart before Eibar cancelled the goal through Frederico Venâncio in the 56th minute.

The equaliser forced Tenerife coach Luis Ramis into three substitutions after 57 minutes as he took off Dauda Mohammed for Eladio Zorrila Jimenez, attacking midfielder Álex Corredera for Spanish forward Ethyan González while Alberto Martín Díaz came in for Samuel Shashoua.

The changes never paid off as a last-gasp penalty from Juan Diego Molina Martinez snatched the win for the Gunsmiths.
