Ghanaian winger David Atanga is close to sealing a deal with Austrian Bundesliga side Wolfsberger AC, a report from the Austrian media has claimed.
The former Holstein Kiel loanee, who parted ways with Belgian outfit KV Oostende this summer, could link up with the Lavanttal-Arena campaigners on a free transfer ahead of the new football campaign.
The Red Bull Ghana Academy product is not new to the Austrian football competitions after having stints with RB Salzburg, SKN St. Pölten and Admira Wacker.
He's yet to earn his international cap with the men's senior national team, the Black Stars.
