Davis Mensah has expressed his excitement after joining Mantova 1911 from Pordenone, while insisting he's "got something superb to give" to the Serie C side.
Speaking following the transfer, the goal monger spoke of his delight to join the Virgilians.
Mantova confirmed Mensah's arrival in Stadio Danilo Martelli on Tuesday, as the 31-year-old forward put pen-to-paper on a long-term contract with the club.
Mensah is looking forward to a new start with his new club as he's fired-up to veer off and dazzle in front of goal.
“I’m very joyful to be here, it was inconceivable to stay detached to the coat of arms of an vital sq. like Mantua. I already knew some guys like Procaccio and Guccione in addition to the coach, with whom I shared part of the expertise at Virtus Verona: another reason to undertake this alternative,” Mensah said.
“I had already confronted the pink and white and was impressed by the general public’s attachment, a tough championship awaits us through which each opponent will promote their pores and skin dearly. I’ve good emotions, let’s take it one step at a time,” he added.
