Israeli Premier League outfit FC Ashdod have completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Kingsley Atuahene from Dreams FC.

The 21-year-old has joined the Red and Yellow lads on a three-year deal, becoming the second player from Dream FC to join the club after Emmanuel Agyei during this summer transfer window.

The former Liberty Professionals enforcer has been acquired by FC Ashdod for the next three seasons following his explosive performances in the CAF Confederation Cup last season.

Dreams FC confirmed the transfer of Godfred Kingsley Atuahene in a club's statement that reads: "We hereby confirm the transfer of Godfred Kingsley Atuahene to Israeli side Ashdod FC.”

“Dreams FC expresses gratitude to Godfred Kingsley Atuahene for his dedicated service and wishes him the best,"

Atuahene made 58 appearances in the Ghana Premier League, scoring four goals before playing 14 times for Dreams in the CAF Confederation Cup.

He becomes the latest player to leave Dreams FC after the exit of Abdul Aziz Issah to Spanish La Liga giants FC Barcelona, Emmanuel Agyei, John Antwi, McCarthy Ofori, Abdul Jalilu and Agyenim Boateng in this transfer window.
