Jeremie Frimpong, a Ghanaian born in the Netherlands, has become a crucial player for Bayer Leverkusen.

They just clinched the Bundesliga title with five games left to play, beating Werder Bremen 5-0 at the Bay Arena.

Leverkusen's win was huge, putting them 16 points ahead of Bayern Munich, their closest rivals, with only 15 points up for grabs in the league.

Frimpong's role on the field was massive in Leverkusen's success. He contributed to 15 goals in total, scoring eight and assisting seven throughout the season.

This achievement makes him the fourth-best goal contributor for Bayer Leverkusen in their journey to winning the Bundesliga title.

Florian Wirtz and Alejandro Grimaldo top the list with 21 goals and assists each, followed by Victor Boniface with 19 contributions. Frimpong follows closely behind with his impressive tally of 15.

Frimpong's outstanding performance hasn't gone unnoticed. Several top clubs in Europe, including many from the Premier League, are interested in signing him.
