Italian-born Ghanaian international Emmanuel Gyasi joins Italian Serie B side Palermo FC and has already began preseason hoping to warm himself up very well for the 2025/26 season 

The 31-year-old switches to the Eagles from his parent club Empoli on a season long-loan with an obligation to buy which will strictly be based on his performance at the Estadio Renzo Barbera in the upcoming season 

The versatile attacker was very influential last season for Empoli having made 37 appearances in the Serie with 2 goals and an assist to his belt 

The former Spezia Calcio star has been with Empoli since 2023 and has won over 70 caps for the club and will now seek a new challenge elsewhere 

Emmanuel Gyasi has already joined his new teammates with preseason in session already and could mark his debut against Paradiso in a preseason friendly

Despite being born in Italy, Gyasi represented Ghana at international level where he made three appearances and had his debut against South Africa in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers
