Former Ghana youth international, Haruna Abubakar has completed a move to Finland first division side Mikkelin Palloilijat in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The 21 year old is joining the Blues on a short term deal after passing all mandatory medicals with an option for a long and permanent stay which will strictly be based on performance.
The ex- King Faisal center-back feels really elated after sealing the move and would like to establish himself as a mainstay in the team as quick as possible.
MP Mikkeli are yet to find their rhythm in the ongoing Ykkönen as they currently sit 9th on the league log with 16 points and have two outstanding matches to spare.
The stalwart defender is most likely to make his debut for them this weekend when they face FF Jaro in match-week 16 of the ongoing season.
Haruna Abubakar, 21, was an integral member of the Black Satellites team that competed in the 2019 All Africa Games in Morocco.
