The 19-year-old, who signed a four-year contract extension with AS Roma last month is on his way out of the Stadio Olimpico outfit due to limited playing time under Jose Mourinho.
AS Roma General Manager, Tiago Pinto has arrived in Milan with Afena-Gyan's agent and club representatives including with Salernitana and Cremonese – both teams are interested in the 19-year-old forward and are reportedly willing to sign him on a permanent basis.
