Moldovan Superliga club Spartanii Sportul has signed former Asante Kotoko winger Isaac Oppong on a free transfer.
The 21-year-old attacker was released by Asante Kotoko after a disappointing season, but he has quickly found a new home in Moldova.
Oppong was officially unveiled by Spartanii Sportul on Thursday after completing his mandatory medical examination.
The club, based in Chișinău, is managed by former Asante Kotoko CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah, who facilitated the signing of the young talent.
During the recently concluded season, Oppong made 15 appearances for the Porcupine Warriors, contributing two goals and two assists.
Oppong was part of the squad that secured the Ghana Premier League title with Asante Kotoko in the 2021/22 season.
