French Ghanaian striker Grejohn Kyei has shown strong desire to play for Ghana, the country of his parents.

The Clermont Foot marksman who bagged ten Ligue 1 goals and posted 3 assists for the Lancers in the just-ended season says he's ever-ready to represent Ghana if head coach Chris Hughton hands him a call-up.

"For the moment, I have not really been contacted, even if my entourage was approached before the World Cup. I know I'm being watched but I've never received a pre-selection. This is my next challenge to take up," Kyei told Ligue 1 official portal.
