English borne Ghanaian attacker, Callum Hudson-Odoi is set to complete his move to Bayer Leverkusen from Chelsea on a season-long loan.
Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen are in advanced talks for the winger to join the Bundesliga side, according to the Dailymail.
The 21-year-old has reportedly informed Chelsea of his decision to leave for more playing time earlier this month.
But Chelsea are only ready to allow the Ghanaian forward to leave on loan, according to reports.
Both Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen have agreed to split the £100,000 a-week wages of Callum Hudson-Odoi during his loan spell.
Hudson-Odoi made only eleven starts in the English top-flight last season.
