Skipper of the Black Stars of Ghana, Andre Ayew is thrilled to have rejoined French Ligue 1 side Le Havre as a free agent for the 2024/25 season.
The 34-year-old winger returns to the club after spending six months in their fold last season, where he made 19 appearances, scoring five goals and helping the club avoid relegation.
Ayew inked a one-year deal that will keep him at Le Havre until the end of the current football season.
He previously played in Ligue 1 giants Olympique Marseille before leaving the club in 2015 for English side Swansea City.
"The story continues. Alhamdulilah," Ayew posted on his Instagram account after signing the dotted lines.
Le Havre, currently 15th with 6 points in Ligue 1 after seven round of matches, will take advantage of Ayew’s huge experience in European football.
