Ghanaian young forward Ernest Nuamah scored double to secure a comeback win for FC Nordsjaelland against Brøndby IF in the Danish SuperLiga on Sunday evening.

FC Nordsjaelland extended their lead on top the 2022/23 season's table following a 2-1 comeback win over Brøndby IF at the Right to Dream Park.

 
A second half brace from the 19-year-old winger aided the Red and Yellow lads to secure all the needed points when Hakon Evjen had snatched the opener for the visitors on the 39th minute of the first half.
 
Seven minutes after break, Nuamah levelled the score for FC Nordsjaelland and could have doubled the via a spot-kick on the 89th minute but he missed it.
 
Nuamah brilliantly notched up the match-winner with a strike on the 91st minute of the game to keep FC Nordsjaelland on top of the regular season table.
 
He was replaced by Danish-born Ghanian centre-back Jonas Jensen-Abbew after snatching the match-winner while Ibrahim Osman and Lasso Coulibaly warmed the bench of FC Nordsjaelland 
 
Nuamah has scored nine goals and provided four assists in 21 matches for FC Nordsjaelland in the ongoing season.
