Charlotte FC pulled off the biggest upset in the Major League Soccer (MLS) this season with a surprise 2-0 home win against Columbus Crew.

Columbus Crew had started the season perfectly and was last defeated in September last year by Orlando City - going ahead to record 6 wins, 4 draws in the MLS.

That run was halted unexpectedly away from their home ground when Charlotte bagged a respectable 2-0 win thanks to goals from Ashley Westwood, and Patrick Agyemang.

Agyemang's compatroit Yaw Yeboah started and lasted only 45 minutes on the field and was substituted by Yevhen Cheberko in the second half.
