30-year-old Jordan Ayew was subbed off on the 63rd by Patrick Vieira for Edouard.
The former Swansea striker headed the attack for Crystal Palace.
Meanwhile, Jeffrey Schlupp,29, enjoyed eighty-eight minutes of play before Michael Olise replaced him.
Schlupp was deployed in the middle of the pitch alongside Doucoure.
Liverpool are twelfth with two points after drawing with Fulham in their first match.
Crystal Palace have a point and are sixteenth after losing their opening game to Arsenal.
