Ghanaian international Daniel Afriyie Barnieh featured for FC Zurich in their impressive 4-1 victory against Luzern in the Swiss top-flight.
The former Hearts of Oak player played a crucial role in the match, contributing an assist before being substituted in stoppage time.
FC Zurich took the lead in the 15th minute when Nikola Katic found the back of the net. They maintained their advantage going into halftime.
In the second half, Italian international Antonio Marchesano doubled FC Zurich's lead in the 54th minute, and he was set up by Barnieh to score his second goal of the match.
Armstrong Oko-Flex added another goal for FC Zurich in the 86th minute, extending their lead to 4-0.
However, Luzern managed to pull one back through Lars Villiger in stoppage time.
Barnieh, 22, has been in fine form for FC Zurich, tallying two goals and one assist in eight games for the club.
