The former Black Starlets midfielder, Gilbert Koomson, is enjoying a stellar season with his club Sogndal in the ongoing Norwegian Tippeligaen league campaign.
The young Ghanaian promising star has hit the ground running since joining his club from Thailand side BEC Tero Sasana.
Gilbert, who has now scored one goal and made eight assists in his seventeen appearances so far, is now one of the mainstay players in coach Eirik Bakke set-up since the start of the top-flight season.
He is now playing alongside with compatriot Mahatma Otoo in the Norwegian elite division with Sogndal as they now occupy the 9th position on the league log.
