Araz-Naxçıvan PFK midfielder, Mohammed Abdul Kadiri latches home an eye-catching goal in their 4-1 victory over Gabala on Sunday afternoon in round 10 fixture of the Azerbaijan Premier League.

Azer Baghirov's team dominated throughout but wasted a sackful of chances after leading 1-0, allowing Gabala to briefly fire the equaliser through Kadiri Mohammed's compatroit Samuel Tetteh in the 37th.

The away side were far more dangereous on the stroke of halftime, as Araz took a deserved lead with Mohammed scoring the second goal in the 45th to move up to 17 points, fourth on the pecking.

Araz did, totally, silence the home fans in the Gabala City Stadium when they added their third and fourth in the 69th and 72nd minutes respectively.

The Nakchivan based club should have scored several more, with their hosts struggling to get the ball out of their box as two of their players were sent off.

The 27-year-old Ghanaian, who joined Araz in the summer this season, has now netted one goal in nine matches.
