Ghanaian midfielder Patrick Arthur made his debut for Kaya FC–Iloilo in the AFC Cup Group G game on Thursday against Bali United.
The 25-year-old was however substituted in the second half, but was instrumental in midfield for the Mighty Lions as he distributed intelligent passes.
Bali inflicted a 1-0 defeat over Kaya FC on their Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium home turf in Bali, Indonesia.
Arthur secured a move to the Philippine giants in April this year signing a long-term deal with the club.
He started his senior career with Division One side Heart of Lions before joining Dreams FC from 2018 to 2020.
During that time, he enjoyed a loan spell with Swedish side Ängelholms FF and went ahead to play in Tunisia for Stade Tunisien in 2021 before making his way to Asia this year.
