Newly-signed FC Nordsjaelland defender Issaka 'Baba' Seidu has expressed his delight after completing a sensational move to the club from Right to Dream Academy.
Issaka 'Baba' Seidu officially joined the Yellow and Red lads on a long-term contract after passing a mandatory medical examination earlier this week.
The 18-year-old believes the Danish Super Liga side is the best place in Europe to climb his football career ladder and is hoping to live up to his expectations as a young footballer.
He becomes the latest player from the Right to Dream Academy to arrive at FC Nordsjaelland this summer after the signings of Araphat Mohammed, Caleb Yirenkyi, Levy Nene, and Stephen Acquah.
“I am really happy and proud to have signed the contract. I had no doubt that FC Nordsjælland was the right club for me, as FCN is known for giving young players good conditions to develop on and off the pitch,” Issaka Seidu told the club's official website in an interview.
“I have seen for myself how young players have come to FC Nordsjælland and taken their game to the next level, and I hope to be able to do the same.”
“I am looking forward to playing with the Superliga team, and I am looking forward to standing in front of the fans. I promise I will do my best for the team, and I hope I can help make the fans proud,” he concluded.
Issaka 'Baba' Seidu will join FC Nordsjaelland's pre-season exercise for the next season's campaign on June 24 in Farum.
