The promising teenage sensation, who came very close to joining Swedish Allsvenskan side Djurgårdens IF in the summer of 2025, has so far racked up 21 goals across all competitions for the Futbola centrs Rūpnīca Stadium campaigners this term.
Given his stellar goalscoring form, FK Metta have now won the Latvian Higher League by securing promotion to the elite division for the 2027 season, with two more games to spare the 2026 Latvian First League contest following their 2-0 home win over Leevon PPK in the 1. Liga on Saturday.
With his impressive debut European adventure with the Andris Riherts’ side, the MSK Zilina Africa product has now made a big case for himself over national team call-up, with the 2027 TotalEnergies CAF U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) which is set to be hosted by Ghana on the horizon.
