Faris Moumouni, a talented Ghanaian center-forward, has recently inked a three-year contract with Augsburg, a German Bundesliga club.
At the age of 20, Moumouni made the switch from Holstein Kiel as a free agent after the conclusion of his previous contract. In the 2022/23 season, he showcased his abilities by scoring four goals in 12 matches.
Initially, Moumouni will join Augsburg's second team in the Regionalliga, where he will continue to develop his skills before making his way up to the senior squad.
Although he was born to Ghanaian parents in Germany, Moumouni has yet to represent either country at any level in international competition.
