Teenager Caleb Yirenkyi netted his first goal for FC Nordsjaelland in their 3-1 home victory against Vejle BK on Friday, March 7, 2025, in the Danish Superliga.
The 19-year-old found the back of the net in the 82nd minute, pouncing on a rebound after the opposing goalkeeper parried a shot back into play.
Nordsjaelland took an early lead through Erik Nygren, who scored just three minutes into the match, before Sindre doubled their advantage in the 53rd minute.
Yirenkyi, making his seventh league appearance for the club, played the full 90 minutes. The young forward joined Nordsjaelland in March 2024 from the Right to Dream Academy.
