Ghanaian young shot-stopper Rome Jayden Owusu-Oduro continued his impressive performance for AZ Alkmaar in UEFA Youth League against Real Madrid on Wednesday.
Owusu-Oduro kept another clean sheet in their 4-0 emphatic victory over Real Madrid to book themselves a place in the semi-final of the 2022/23 UEFA Youth League.
The 18-year-old custodian, who was born to Ghanaian parents in Amsterdam, is yet to concede a goal in his last three outings for AZ Alkmaar in the competition.
He is regarded as one of the highly-rated young goalkeepers in European football following his exploits at the youth side of AZ Alkmaar.
Owusu-Oduro is eligible to represent either Ghana or Netherlands at any level in future.
He has kept four clean sheets and conceded four goals in his 7 appearances for AZ Alkmaar in this season's UEFA Youth League.
