English-born of Ghanaian descent Terrell Agyemang has clinched the 2022/23 English Premier League 2 title with Manchester City following a win over Wolverhampton Wanders on Saturday.
With a game to end their season’s campaign, Manchester City U21 secured a 4-3 home victory over Wolves U21 in the English Premier League 2 match-week 25 fixture at the Academy Stadium.
City extended their lead on top with thirteen points clear of second-placed Chelsea and have a game in hand against Arsenal next weekend in London.
Agyemang enjoyed the entire duration of the match with an explosive performance at the right side of the flanks.
The 20-year-old, who was born to Ghanaian parents in London, is naturally a central midfielder who is now operating as right-back at the Manchester City U21 team
Agyemang is eligible to represent either Ghana or England in future.
