The talented left-back is the latest player to have left the camp of the senior national team of Ghana ahead of this month's Kirin Cup tournament in Japan.
Ghana defender Gideon Mensah has been excluded from the Black Stars for the four-nation tournament dubbed 2022 Kirin Cup to go sort his club future.
Mensah is expected to join a new club from Austrian Bundesliga heavyweights Red Bull Salzburg after a successful loan spell at relegated French Ligue 1 side Bordeaux.
The 24-year-old full-back is currently among the highly-rated players in the Black Stars team after an incredible output against Nigeria in the 2022 FIFA World Cup final play-off games.
Already, England based duo Jojo Wollacott and Antoine Semenyo have left the camp of the Black Stars to go sort their clubs future while Columbus Crew defender Jonathan Mensah has also departed to America after sustaining a head injury.
Mensah's absence could see Hearts of Oak left-back Dennis Nkrumah Korsah earning an opportunity to make his debut for Ghana during the four-nation tournament to be staged in Japan (host nation) alongside Tunisia and Chile.
