On Monday, September 4, Hearts of Oak departed from Accra with a contingent of 30 players to continue their preseason preparations in Koforidua, located in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The Phobians have been diligently gearing up for the forthcoming 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season under the guidance of their new manager, Martin Koopman.
Hearts of Oak recently concluded their preseason activities at Pobiman, which included a friendly match against Okwahu United.
During their preseason training at the Pobiman Sports Complex, the club engaged in a total of six friendly matches. Impressively, the giants of Ghanaian football managed to score a total of 28 goals across these six test matches.
