Attacker Herbert Ansah started off the new season on an absolutely incredible note for Torino's U-19 side, as they pip Cagliari U-19, 1-0.
The Ghanaian striker had scored a quite ridiculous 16 goals in 25 matches in 2021, going into Torino's U-18 youth league last eason.
And it didn’t take him long to register his name on the scorers chart at the Campioni d'Italia Asseminello Arena on Saturday as he nicked his sides only goal against Cagliari in the Italian Campionato Primavera 1 TIMvision.
Torino took the lead in the 40th minute which later on became the only goal of the game through Herbert Ansah – and he did so in style.
The Assin Andoe native picked up the ball rouhgly 18 yards out and he unleashed an exquisite bullet that soared into the left top corner.
Aged 17, Ansah is a kid with a real spark - developing into the special talent that many had predicted as he's coming through the ranks at Torino.
