The talented teenage sensation of Ghanaian origin has clinched a feat by becoming the youngest ever rising star to feature for the Friends Arena outfit in the Swedish top-flight contest

Swedish-born Ghanaian youngster Jonah Kusi-Asare made his debut in the Allsvenskan football campaign during AIK 3-0 drubbing of Varbergs BolS on Monday night.

The 16-year-old was introduced into the game on the 81st minute by manager Henning Berg and was delightful to watch over his dazzling display with the ball following his cameo game time.

Jonah was on cloud nine to have made his debut with AlK first team as the youngest ever rising star in their set-up, telling Fotbollskanalen:

"It felt good to make my debut in the Allsvenskan. It was an indescribable feeling to be able to celebrate with the fans after the match."

He continued: "In the beginning it was a bit difficult for me to get into it, at a higher pace and so on. It took a week or so to get into it. I've been making big strides lately. It feels good. I think I'm doing well, it's just a matter of continuing."

" I want to get into the team as much as possible and be in the squad all the time. I want to play as much as possible."

Currently with the U-17 side of AIK, the teenager will be witnessing much game time with the main team ranks this season given the trust reposed in his talent by the Swedish gaffer.

He remains eligible to switch allegiance and play for Ghana on the international stage despite playing for the Swedish U-16 national youth side.
