Ghanaian international, Baba Abdul Rahman after collapsing last night whiles in action for FC PAOK, has reacted to the horrific injury this morning and has thanked everyone for their support and prayers.
The lanky lateral went unconscious after a collision in PAOK FC game against Panathinaikos in the Greek Cup on last Wednesday evening.
The former Chelsea left-back fainted on the 115th minute in the match which had travelled to extra-time after a 2-2 aggregate scoreline.
It took a timely intervention of the medical team of both PAOK and Panathinaikos to bring the 29-year-old back to life and rushed him to the hospital.
The match was delayed for several minutes before the referee ended it for a penalty shootouts which Panathinaikos secure a ticket to the Greek Cup final after winning 6-5 on penalties.
Reacting to the injury, Baba expressed a profound gratitude to everyone that showed concern and wished him well since the incident occured in the last 12 hours.

Baba Rahman has been a key performer for PAOK FC since joining them on permanent basis after leaving Chelsea last summer.
He has managed to three goals and provided two assists in 18 league matches for the Black and White lads in the ongoing season.
