The Red and Black outfit won 2-0 against the fourth-placed Sociedad team, with Williams scoring both goals.
The Ghana international opened the scoring in the 32nd minute, latching onto a Mikel Vesga pass.
Williams doubled his team's lead in the 70th minute with a well-executed goal following a great build-up by the Rojiblancos. This latest achievement brings his goal tally to four in the last three games, three of which were in the Spanish La Liga.
Williams has nine goals and two assists in 27 games this season in the Spanish top-flight.
