Ghanaian young striker Jerry Afriyie opened his goal-scoring account for RAAL La Louvière to secure a maiden away win of the season against OH Leuven in the Belgian Pro League on Saturday afternoon.

The 18-year-old inspired the Belgian Pro League newbies to a 2-1 comeback away win over OH Leuven in their match week eight fixture at the Den Dreef Stadion.

Guinean international Sory Kaba opened the scoring for the home side in the 8th minute of the game.

However, Afriyie brilliantly connected a pass from Sami Lahssaini to level the score, just eight minutes after his side had conceded.

In the 27th minute, the on-loan Al Qadsiah young attacker made it 2-1 for the visitors, which eventually became the match-week after no goal was produced in the second half of the game.

He lasted for 89 minutes of the match before he was replaced by French forward Mouhamed Belkheir.

Afriyie, who has already made his debut for the senior national team of Ghana, is currently on a season-long loan spell at RAAL La Louvière from Saudi Pro League outfit Al Qadsiah.
