Joseph Aidoo struck a 90th-minute winner for Celta Vigo with a 1-0 win over Elche at the Estadio de Balaídos of the Spanish La Liga on Wednesday night football.
The Ghana defender, who has been on fire this season, scored for the third time after featuring in 30 league matches to break Elche hearts at the death.
Aidoo, 27, diving winner beat Edgar Badia, who had a standout game in the Elche goal, and sparked wild celebrations on the Los Celestes bench.
Celta have now climbed to the 12th spot of the La Liga summit with 39 points after 31 rounds of matches.
