Ghana winger Joseph Paintsil continued his impressive performance for KRC Genk with his thirteenth goal of season against Cercle Brugge in the Belgian topflight.
The Green and Blacks held the Smurfs to a 1-1 draw at the Jan Breydel Stadion in match-week 30 of the Belgian Jupilier League on Friday evening.
Paintsil brilliantly levelled the score on the 54th minute after collecting a sumptuous assist from Tanzania's Mbwana Ali Samatta, to cancel out Ayase Ueda's 40th minute mark.
He has now scored 13 goals and provided 12 assists in twenty-nine games across all competitions in the ongoing season.
They are still holding onto their lead with 68 points, six points adrift Union St Gilloise.
