Ghanaian international, Joseph Paintsil exhibited another man of the match performance to propel KRC Genk to a crucial 0-2 win over FK Cukaricki at the Stadion Dubocica in the Europa Conference League. 

The 24-year-old was on target and also provided an assist to power his side to snatch their first win in the competition.

Joseph Paintsil assisted Bryan Heynen to set up the opening goal in just ten minutes from kickoff before converting from the spot eleven minutes to double the lead and seal the win.

The mercurial flanksman has started the season on a good note and four goals and four assists in all competitions so far this season for the Smurfs.

His compatriot Christopher Bonsu Baah made the starting line up and was doing well before paving way for Luca Oyen on the 67th minute.

KRC Genk are currently sitting on the second position with 4 points and will host Ferencvaros at the Cegeka Arena in match-day 3 of the Europa Conference League.
