Ghana attacking midfielder Kamal Sowah scored to power Standard Liege to an important win over OH Leuven in the Belgian Jupilier Pro League on Saturday evening.
Standard Liege managed to record a 2-1 away win over OH Leuven in their match-week nine encounter at the Den Dreef Stadion.
On the 44th minute, Wilfried Kanga opened the scoring for the visitors before Hamza Mendy restored the game parity for OH Leuven on the 65th minute of the game.
With nine minutes to end the match, Kamal Sowah brilliantly scored the match-winner to hand them all the three maximum points.
He enjoyed the entire duration of the match with an impressive performance against OH Leuven.
Sowah, who is on season-long loan deal at Standard Liege from Club Brugge, has scored two goals in three matches for the Reds.
