Ghanaian international, Kudus Mohammed notched a hatrick in Ajax impressive 1-4 away triumph over Bulgarian side Ludogorets Razgrad at the Huvepharma Arena in the first leg of the Europa League final round qualifiers.
The 23 year old, who for the past weeks has popped on the radar of lots of clubs, was named in the starting line up following his heroics over the weekend.
Kudus, opened the scoring account on the 16th minute and sealed his brace two minutes later. He fired again on the 50th minute to seal his hatrick and went on to last the entire duration of the game.
Brian Brobbey scored to wrap up the win. Olivier Verdon got the consolation for the homesters to from the spot-kick on the 70th minute.
His compatriot Bernard Tekpetey lasted 56 minutes for the losing side before coming off for Caio Vidal.
The return leg is scheduled for Thursday, August 31, at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
