Serie A side, Lazio have lined up £13million bid to sign Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman.
The Italians are keen on the cut-price move after a disappointing year for the 21-year-old, signed for a £21.7million package last summer.
Rahman arrived from German club Ausburg but made a total of just 23 appearances last season.
The Ghana international has also been linked to Turkish side Fenerbache.
