Dutch Eredivisie side NAC Breda boss Carl Hoefkens has confirmed the imminent signing of Ghana international winger Kamal sowah, with the former Leicester City U21 man told '' he can make a spectacular revival at NAC" if he completes his move this winter.
After being released by Belgian Pro League side Club Brugge this term, the former Right to Dream Academy graduate is set to reunite with his former manager in the Dutch top-flight after spending time together at Standard Liege during the 2023-24 football season in the Belgian top division contest.
With speculation linking him with a move to the Breda-based club this winter, the Belgian gaffer has now confirmed the imminent signing of the former OH Leuven loanee, telling Voetbal International via VP: '' He [Kamal sowah] really has exceptional qualities. He has to sacrifice a lot financially, but l think he can make a spectacular revival at NAC. lt would be great for the club.''
Should the Ghana international link up with the Dutch side for the rest of the ongoing season, he would be staging a come back to the Dutch top-flight for the second time in his ailing career after having a loan stint with AZ Alkmaar during the 2021-22 campaign.
He currently boasts of 1 outing with the Ghana Men's Senior National Team, the Black Stars.
