Manchester United have intensified their chase in signing Ghana international forward Antoine Semenyo after opening talks of a transfer deal with his current employers Bournemouth, a report from the English media has indicated.

The 25-year-old, who has had a magnificent season with the Vitality Stadium campaigners so far this term, is now a sought-after transfer target for suitors across Europe, with Portuguese outfit Sporting CP and Premier League sides Tottenham, Liverpool, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa all gunning for his services ahead of the summer.

Per TEAMtalk, Man Utd have initiated talks with Bournemouth over the services of Semenyo, with a £65m price-tag being slapped on him by The Cherries.

lt is understood that the former Bristol City man will fancy a move to a Champions League side next season and his current employers would be left with no other option than to cash in on him for the 2025-26 campaign.

He has so far figured in 41 games by scoring 11 and assisting 7 for the Kings Park-based club across all competitions in this ongoing 2024-25 football season.

The London-born winger is currently boasting of 27 caps with the Ghana Senior Men's National Team, with 3 goals to his name.
