Ghanaian forward Mohammed Gadafi Fuseini has won Derby County’s Goal of the Month award for September following his stunning stoppage-time equaliser against Burnley in the English Championship.
Fuseini scored late to rescue a 1-1 draw for Derby in the away fixture after Zeki Amdouni had given Burnley the lead in the 34th minute.
The 24-year-old’s late strike proved decisive, earning Derby a valuable point and now recognition as the club’s best goal for the month of September.
Fuseini is currently on loan at Derby County from Belgian side Union Saint-Gilloise as he continues his development in English football.
The forward was also included in Ghana’s squad for the recent 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Côte d’Ivoire and The Gambia, further highlighting his growing involvement with the Black Stars.
