Ghana international Mohammed Kudus' signature celebration is slated to feature in EA Sports FC 25, following its global rise since the onset of the 2023/24 season.
The 23-year-old's distinctive pose of sitting on the advertising boards gained widespread attention after his remarkable goal against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup.
Notably, players such as Leicester City's Stephy Mavididi, Alexander Garnacho, Tracey Twum of the Black Princesses, and youth squads from West Ham and Ajax have emulated this celebration.
In an interview with EA uncut, Kudus explained his motivation for the unconventional celebration, stating, "Nah, there's no really, like, deeper meaning to it. I just thought about it as doing something different."
Encouraging others to join in, Kudus expressed his delight in seeing the celebration gain traction, fostering a sense of unity among players.
Following his remarkable solo goal against Freiburg in the Europa League round of 16, Kudus introduced a new variation of the celebration by sitting on the steward's stool.
During discussions with EA uncut, the interviewers assured Kudus of their efforts to include his signature celebration in FC 25, affirming its significance in the game's cultural landscape.
