Danish-born Ghanaian midfielder Nikolas Nartey has resumed training with VfB Stuttgart on Wednesday after recovering from an injury he sustained on international duty.
The 24-year-old suffered a cartilage injury in his knee in July, 2023 just before the commencement of the 2023-24 season, and has been sidelined since then.
The former FC Copenhagen youth star has heralded his return to the action after training with the rest of the Swabians squad on Tuesday.
Last summer, before his injury, Nartey was considered a surplus to requirement and was marked to leave the club.
However, with his return to training, the technical handlers of Stuttgart will be hoping to see more of his potential in the upcoming Bundesliga season.
