Danish-Ghanaian winger Noah Nartey delivered a standout performance, providing a crucial assist in Brøndby IF’s commanding 4-1 win over Viborg in the Danish Superliga.
Nartey, who started the match and played 80 minutes, made a significant impact in the 64th minute when he set up Yuito Suzuki’s goal, extending Brøndby’s lead to 3-1.
The match, played at Brøndby Stadion, saw the hosts take an early lead through Mathias Kvistgaarden in the 3rd minute. Although Viborg’s Ivan Näsberg equalized in the 27th minute, an own goal by Daniel Anyembe just after halftime (46th minute) restored Brøndby’s advantage.
With Nartey assisting Suzuki for the third goal, Mileta Rajovic later sealed the victory with an 82nd-minute penalty, securing Brøndby’s dominant win.
The result strengthens Brøndby’s league position as they now prepare for their next fixture against Vejle Boldklub on February 23.
Nartey has been a consistent performer this season, making 15 league appearances while registering one goal and two assists.
