Ghana's national team captain, Andre Ayew, was officially introduced as a new player for the French Ligue 1 club Le Havre on Saturday, November 11, 2023.
After a brief tenure with Premier League side Nottingham Forest concluded in the summer, Ayew had been without a club, remaining a free agent.
Le Havre officially announced Ayew's signing later on Saturday, presenting him to the Stade Océane in preparation for their Ligue 1 match against AS Monaco.
Currently positioned seventh in Ligue 1 after their promotion from Ligue 2, Les Ciel et Marine have acquired Ayew, who will be in competition with Lille OSC loanee Mohamed Bayo for a starting role in the team.
